This is one of my signature ongoing series, created using the Moleskine sketchbooks I’ve been using for many years. I cut out my hand-drawn illustrations and collage them onto the pages to create a semi-three-dimensional effect. This process is inspired by the layout work I used to do on a computer when I worked as a graphic designer. By arranging and collaging the pieces by hand, I can discover unexpected compositions that happen naturally rather than through careful planning. Unlike drawing directly onto a sketchbook page, this approach creates depth and dimension through layers of paper. The series is an ongoing study of play, experimentation, and the sense of discovery that continues to shape my creative practice.
